Meet our employee resource groups

Critical to Taboola's success in achieving its diversity ambitions is the work of our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). These volunteer-based groups are essential to our mission to drive a culture of diversity, inclusion and belonging, while fostering innovation and growth.

Taboola Pride

Taboola PRIDE celebrates the vibrant community of LGBTQ+ employees. They work to create a safe space for everyone to bring themselves to work, increase visibility and representation of LGBTQ+ employees, break down taboos, uncover bias, promote allyship, encourage networking, and educate our organization and industry.

Taboola Families

Taboola Families strives to create community among current and prospective parents while also representing parents' needs and perspectives in Taboola. While prioriaties are based on members' input, members come together for education, sharing, mentorship, and events.

Taboola Spectrum

Taboola Spectrum aims to support Taboolars in managing the care of family members with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) to help improve their well-being in and outside work and their sense of belonging in society.

Taboola Her

Our mission is to provide a community that promotes diversity and inclusion for all employees, with a focus on recruiting, developing, retaining and pushing talent through the pipeline to create more diversity at senior positions. This group was created to support anyone at Taboola who feels that their ethnicity or religion makes them a minority in their environment

Taboola Black

Taboola Black is an employee resource group for Taboolars who are of African descent. Their core mission is to support Black employees, cultivate Black leadership within Taboola, celebrate Black culture and foster a strong pipeline of Black candidates.

Taboola in Culture

Our mission is to provide a community that promotes diversity and inclusion for all employees, with a focus on recruiting, developing, retaining and pushing talent through the pipeline to create more diversity at senior positions. This group was created to support anyone at Taboola who feels that their ethnicity or religion makes them a minority in their environment

SOMOS Taboola

SOMOSTaboola aims to champion the message of diversity, inclusion and belonging to LatinX/Hispanic Taboolars and their aspiring ‘aliados’ globally. We are committed to providing our members with programming that empowers growth through professional and personal development, as well as community involvement opportunities.
