Taboola Signs Partnership Deal with News 12 Networks, New York’s Tri-State Leader In Hyper-local News and Content

New York, NY. July 11, 2019 – Taboola, the world’s leading discovery platform, today announced a partnership with Altice USA’s News 12 Networks, New York’s tri-state leader in hyper-local news and content with more than 30M monthly page views. The partnership will see News 12 Networks, a sister company of video content leader, Cheddar, using Taboola’s discovery platform across all seven local sites on mobile and web to grow their audience and increase user engagement.

Similar to Cheddar’s ongoing partnership with Taboola, News 12 Networks will also launch Taboola Feed with video. Taboola feed provides users with a seamless, continuous scroll of personalized video and other content encouraging users to stay engaged on a publisher’s site and expanding their video reach to new audiences.

“The tri-state local reach of News 12 Networks’ digital assets, of about 30M monthly page views, allows us to reach users combining huge scale with a unique set of storytelling,” says Jon Steinberg, President, Altice News. “We’re pleased to work with Taboola as we continue to invest in growing our news businesses, including News 12 and Cheddar, to remain a news leader across TV and digital platforms.”
