What is the Taboola Sales Club?
Our annual sales club is our way of celebrating the people across Sales, Account Management, and SDRs who went above and beyond in the past year. The competition is fierce, and the final winners are revealed live on stage at our annual Sales Kickoff (SKO) events in Madrid, Bangkok, and Chicago.

“The most memorable part was having the chance to spend several days with people I normally only interact with through Slack or during busy work meetings. Sales Club brought together top performers from different teams, offices, and functions, and it was amazing to build real relationships outside of our day-to-day work. One of my favorite moments was sitting together at dinner and hearing everyone’s stories—how they got to Taboola, the challenges they overcame, and what drove them to achieve their results. It reminded me of the talent and passion across the company and made me feel even more connected to the people behind the success.
Last year, together with the CEE and IL Growth team, we delivered $6.5M in new business revenue against a $4M target, and while I’m incredibly proud of that result, what makes it meaningful is knowing how much effort went into getting there. “One of my favorite moments happened on the very last day of the trip. A group of us from different teams, countries, and backgrounds attempted a giant stand-up paddleboard session. It sounded like a great idea in theory, but in reality, it was chaos. Every time someone tried to stand up, half the group fell into the water. At one point, we attempted a human pyramid, which lasted about two seconds before everyone crashed. We were laughing so hard the entire time that it felt more like a comedy show than a team activity.
What made this experience meaningful was that feeling of being appreciated. One morning, I woke up early, stepped out onto the balcony, and watched the sunrise over the water. Everything was quiet except for the sound of the waves, and it was one of those moments where you stop and take it all in. It made me think about all the late nights, early mornings, weekend calls, and hard work that went into earning this experience. More than the trip itself, it reminded me how lucky I am to work at a place that genuinely recognizes and celebrates effort.”
