Shani Zagron is a highly experienced digital marketing professional currently serving as User Acquisition Team Lead at Realize. With a strong foundation in PPC, SEM, copywriting, and analytics, Shani brings a data-driven and strategic approach to every campaign she leads.
Shani holds a B.A. in Psychology and Communications and a Master's degree in Human Factors & Ergonomics, complemented by a background in Industrial & Management Engineering — a unique combination that gives her a deep understanding of both user behavior and operational efficiency.
Her hands-on expertise includes managing large-scale Google and Bing Ads accounts with budgets exceeding $100K, as well as experience in eCommerce and web management. A graduate of the PPC course at Seperia College and the UX Design program at Netcraft Academy, Shani is committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
Beyond her role at Realize, Shani is passionate about sharing her knowledge as a PPC mentor and trainer, helping the next generation of digital marketers sharpen their skills and thrive in the industry.
