As a Senior Algorithm Engineer on the Algorithms team in our Tel Aviv office, you’ll play a vital role in building the machine learning models that power real-time bidding and optimize billions of daily auctions.You’ll design and evolve large-scale ML solutions that drive bid optimization, price prediction, and auction strategy. Working at the intersection of machine learning, data, and engineering, you’ll take models from research and experimentation through production, creating solutions that improve advertiser performance, publisher revenue, and marketplace efficiency.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • 4+ years of experience building machine learning and deep learning solutions end-to-end, from research and experimentation through production.

  • MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field, with strong foundations in machine learning, optimization, and statistical modeling.

  • Experience building ML solutions for real-time bidding (RTB) or programmatic advertising in low-latency, high-throughput environments.

  • Strong software engineering skills in languages such as Python or Java, with experience developing production ML systems.

  • Proven ability to take models from prototype to scalable production systems serving real-world traffic.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience building large-scale deep learning recommendation systems.

  • Experience using AI coding tools (such as Claude Code or Cursor) to accelerate development, experimentation, and code quality.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Design, train, and deploy real-time bidding models, including bid optimization, price prediction, win-rate prediction, CTR/CVR estimation, calibration, and auction optimization.

  • Own the full machine learning lifecycle, from research and prototyping through production deployment, A/B testing, monitoring, and optimization.

  • Build and evolve large-scale ML models serving low-latency, high-throughput production traffic.

  • Analyze auction and marketplace data to identify modeling opportunities and translate insights into algorithmic improvements.

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to transform marketplace goals into scalable solutions with measurable revenue impact.

  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design reviews, code reviews, and deep technical investigations.
