As a People Operations Administrator on the People Operations Shared Service Centre team in our Gurgaon office, you’ll play a vital role in supporting day-to-day People Operations activities across multiple locations. You’ll help ensure accurate people data, smooth HR processes, and timely support across HR systems, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and employee-related processes. This is a hybrid role with shift work required.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations, payroll, or HR systems management.
- Experience working with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, ADP, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, including pivot tables, and PowerPoint, with strong numerical ability.
- Ability to manage sensitive employee data confidentially while maintaining a high level of accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience working in an international business environment.
- Experience supporting HR processes across multiple locations.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS, including data input, updates, and data clean-up.
- Generate and manage reports related to equity, payroll, vacation balances, global payroll, and ad-hoc requests, and support data analysis and compliance audits.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including employee profiles, standard documentation, system updates, IT and benefits access removal, and exit documentation.
- Act as the first point of response for standard HR process and policy-related employee questions and create standard documentation such as promotion, probation, maternity, transfer, salary change, and employment reference letters.
- Support employee development programs, including monitoring training completion and compliance.
- Manage administrative activities including purchase orders and invoices, while coordinating effectively with relevant stakeholders and maintaining confidentiality of employee information.
