- Socially irresponsible references such as claiming the game is 'addictive'. 
- Misleading use of DKI 
- Social gaming specific: - Falsely claiming or suggesting users can win real money or trick casinos to win 
- Negative language about casinos disliking the product (not permitted on the premium network) 
 
What is often missing and can be added to improve the landing page?
- Media logos non hyperlinked to the relevant media article 
- Falsely giving the impression that users are viewing a news site or anything that is not promotional in nature such as not writing in prominent lettering at the top of the page "Advertorial" 
- Full company contact details. 
- Social gaming specific: - Missing mandatory disclosure like 'not real money winnings' or 'not real money gambling' early on the page (usually under the headline)
