TABOOLA ADVERTISER DATA USE POLICY
This Taboola Advertiser Data Use Policy (the “Policy”) seeks to help prevent discriminatory practices that result from ad targeting to users based on potentially sensitive information. This Policy sets forth the terms under which you (“you” or “Advertiser”) agree to comply should you choose to optimize your Campaigns on the Taboola Network by making use of different data features that Taboola.com Ltd. or its subsidiaries or affiliates (i) offers via the Data Marketplace and (ii) creates as custom audiences from Advertiser’s own data (collectively, the “Audiences”). Any capitalized terms used herein, but not defined, shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms (as defined below).
Your Campaigns and any use of Audiences must not exclude, discriminate, or encourage discrimination against any particular group or person based on personal attributes such as race, ethnicity, color, ancestry, national origin, place of origin, religion, creed, age, language, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, family status, marital status, source of income, social condition, political beliefs, disability, medical or genetic condition. This means that you may not use the Audiences or Taboola Ads to wrongfully (i) target specific groups of people for advertising (see Taboola’s Advertising Policies: Prohibited Campaign Practices), or (ii) exclude specific groups of people from seeing your Campaigns. This also means that you may not include discriminatory content in any of your Campaigns (see Taboola’s Advertising Policies: Prohibited Content, Products, and Services).
Advertisers are further required to comply with applicable laws that prohibit discrimination. These include laws that prohibit discriminating against groups of people in connection with, for example, offers of housing, employment, and credit.

By using the Audiences, you agree that you have read and agreed to this Policy. You agree to only use the Audiences in association with Campaigns that you run on the Taboola Network. This Policy does not replace any terms or other agreements signed with Taboola applicable to the distribution of your Campaigns on the Taboola Network (the “Terms”). In the event of any express conflict between this Policy and the Terms, this Policy will govern solely with respect to your use of the Audiences and solely to the extent of the conflict.
